Synergy Front D30/D44 Axle Assurance Kit (Wrangler JK 2007-2018)
The Synergy Front Dana 30/44 Axle Assurance Kit is designed to strengthen the Dana 30/44 axle, found in the front of your Jeep Wrangler JK, before it is bent or broken from the abuses of large tires and offroad use. The inner axle sleeves provide 59% increase in strength over the stock axle tubes by being machined to fit snugly inside, which also helps increase the overall tube thickness. The inner C gussets are laser cut and CNC bent in a heavy duty 3-sided construction, reinforcing the inner C's in the two places prone to bending. The lower control arm skids are also laser cut and CNC bent, providing a very rigid bracket that will protect the arms and axle mounts. The inner axle seals are the finishing tough to assist in putting everything back together.
