MetalCloak Premium Front Sway Bar Quick Disconnects (Wrangler JL & Gladiator JT 2018-2023)
The Jeep JL Wrangler and JT Gladiator Truck Premium Front Sway Bar Quick Disconnect (11" - 12" length), by MetalCloak bolt directly into the factory locations and allow for manual disconnect of the front sway bar.
Disconnecting the sway bar while off-road allows your Jeep to achieve the maximum articulation that your suspension has been designed for.
The premium disconnects are made of 1” x .25 wall steel providing a strong and more stable end link over the standard links. The disconnects come with machined wrench flats and is double adjustable for easy micro adjustments.
The quick disconnects rod ends have precision ground hard chrome plated spherical rod ends made of carbon steel with a self lubricating race that provides more rigidity and a much longer service life over end link bushings.
The end links comes with a solid 3/8” laser cut rise bracket allowing for easier access for reaching the thick 3/4” mounting studs and attachment points.
The disconnects come with 4130 chromoly steel gold zinc mounting pins, bar pin clips for a quick release, and a sway bar disconnect bolt plate and stow straps secure the sway bar and end links to the frame when wheeling.
MetalCloak premium quick release disconnects are bolt on and fit without any cutting required. The front sway bar quick disconnect are designed to work in conjunction with MetalCloak's 3.5" suspension.
