Clayton Off Road Front Long Arm Upgrade Kit (Wrangler JK 2007-2018)
Clayton Off Road Inc. is known for building the ultimate in Jeep long arm kits and our new JK long arm kit is no exception. The lower arms use our tried and proven 2x2 1/4 wall square tubing and carry our lifetime warranty against bending or breaking. Another key feature with the new JK front long arm kit is our bolt-in 3 piece cross member. The cross member bolts into the OEM location and has pockets for the forged 2.5 inch johnny joints which allows for maximum ground clearance. This cross member can be simply bolted in, or it is also setup so it can be welded in for the more abusive drivers. Like all other Clayton Off Road cross members the center section is removable, making any transmission changes simple and can be done without touching any suspension arms. This 3 piece cross member was designed using the latest 3D Solid Works program, CNC laser cut, and CNC bent from 3/16s for maximum strength and accuracy. This long arm upgrade kit would be a great addition to any lifted Jeep Wrangler JK. Just a few advantages include an improved ride quality, better handling, and maximum articulation for unmatched offroad performance. The entire kit is a bolt in application, however the OEM lower control arm brackets at the frame end will need to be cut off in order to clear the new longer lower arms. The kit includes the 3 piece cross member, long lower adjustable arms, short upper adjustable arms and necessary hardware. Many of the pictures below arm prototype pictures.
