These kits provide a headache-free license plate mounting solution for customers who have a winch installed in their front bumper and live in a state that requires a front mounted license plate. Installation is clean and simple. No modifications to the your bumper or the fairlead are necessary. Most importantly, when the use of a winch is required for vehicle recovery, the license plate can be quickly removed and stowed away inside the vehicle. AEV License Plate Mounting Kits are designed to accommodate standard sized (12" x 6") North American license plates.
